What qualifies for a return?
If you purchased or received a non-custom item directly from shoprcs.com (rivercitystitch.com) and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or store credit.
If you ordered a custom-made product from shoprcs.com (rivercitystitch.com), we’re sorry but, we can’t offer you a return (unless there are defects in materials or craftsmanship - then that is a different story). All sales are final on custom-made products. No returns or exchanges.
